Positive: The room was great. This whole resort is clean and theres plenty of space for people. Did not feel crowded at any point which i didnt expect. Really great place to stay. Food selection was mind blowing.
Negative: Couple of times we were left one towel less than people in the room. Not a big deal.

Positive: The Bungalow rooms were spacious, the hotel gardens beautiful and the kids liked the beach with sand. The food was delicious with wide selection and choice.
Negative: The pools have salt water, except the pool in the waterpark and were quite small for the number of visitors.

Positive: We really liked the food at the main restaurant, especially the dinner. Our teenage son enjoyed different activities and animation. The hotel's grounds are very well-maintained and offer breathtaking sunset views.
Negative: The room was quite outdated. The water in the toilet was running nonstop. When we asked to move to another room, our request was refused. We had to wait till the end of the weekend to get the toilet fixed. Other things that we did not like included extra charges for soft drinks during dinner, although we were at HB. The poor quality of coffee and other drinks and beverages.

Positive: Everything!! This was the biggest resort we have ever Stayed at and we absolutely loved it. The pools were amazing the grounds were beautiful, loved the beach cove Awesome food too
Negative: The only thing I would say needs improvement is the bathroom in the room.

Positive: Everything was great. Very good privat beach with great access for kids. Very big and green territory around the hotel. Aquapark and a lot of swimming pools. HB was also good and tasty. Kids room and mini disco for children are available. A lot of other activities during the day. The masseurs are too young and a bit inexperienced but very friendly.
